WHEN AND HOW WILL I GET MY ORDER?
At OllieFrocks, we strive to deliver your flowers with the highest level of freshness and care. Please review the shipping and delivery details for flowers, flower accessories, and merchandise ordered from our site.
FLOWER SHIPPING
We carefully hand-pick and pack flowers for shipping to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Orders are shipped via next-day delivery to arrive on your chosen delivery date. If you select “On-farm Pickup,” your flowers will be ready for pickup at the farm on the specified date.
All flower deliveries are shipped in protective packaging with an enclosed water source. We recommend having someone available to receive your flowers, or a climate-controlled location for them to be left safely. Once delivered, please unpack the flowers within four hours (or two hours for extreme temperatures), place them in water, and store them in a cool place.
FLOWER FROG SHIPPING
Flower frogs are shipped within 3-5 business days. Should there be any delays, we’ll notify you immediately. Shipping time will depend on the service you select at checkout. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or refusal are not eligible for a refund.
MERCHANDISE SHIPPING
Our merchandise is made-to-order, and production can take up to 15 days due to current circumstances. After production, shipping takes 5-7 days. For holiday orders, we recommend placing them 25-30 days in advance to avoid delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping on non-perishable products like flower accessories and merchandise. Unfortunately, we do not ship fresh or dried flowers outside of the U.S. All international orders are shipped via FedEx, and shipping fees include taxes and duties. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at support@olliefrocks.com. We will guide you through our returns, refunds, and cancellation process.
ORDER ISSUES
If your package is delayed or returned due to an incorrect address or package refusal, it will not be eligible for a shipping refund. Additionally, returned items exceeding $100 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
